Why are some items sometimes out of stock?

We strive to maintain availability of all items listed in our catalog. However, due to the success of a particular item or supply delays, it is possible that an item can be temporarily out of stock. Our store staffs can usually provide delivery information on an out of stock item. BAYA products are manufactured all over the world and there are many circumstances that can sometimes impact supply.

Can I place an order, pay online and pick it up at my local BAYA store?

BAYA does not currently offer this service. All online products are delivered directly from our warehouse to your home, so it is not possible to collect them from stores.

Does BAYA have any delivery service?

We offers delivery service to your home or office.

How can I contact the BAYA delivery team who will be in-charge of my order?

An item is missing or damaged during my delivery. What should I do?

What should I do if a part is missing in the package?

First please check to make sure if you have received all of the packages for the item or not. Some articles are sold in several boxes. The number of packages are on the product label. If you are missing any package or items inside a package, please contact the local store where you bought the article, with your receipt and assembly instructions that will show the missing piece. For missing parts of appliances, please provide the serial number of the item.

Does BAYA have any assembly service?

Our handymen team will assemble and set the furniture you purchased anywhere in your home.

If there is an issue when handymen assemble a furniture in my home, what should I do?

If a problem occurs with your assembly, please call BAYA Customer Service Center at 1900636476  for resolution. Please have your receipt and order number available.

Does BAYA have any interior design service?

We do have an interior design service. Please call BAYA Interior Design Center at 0906960858 for more information and support.

Does BAYA provide any other drilling or painting service?

Our handymen cannot decide by themselves to drill or paint anything at your home in the delivery process. If you need any assistance of this service, kindly call BAYA Customer Service Center at 1900636476 for the right solution.
